Continuing with the challenge of getting back under 5 minutes for the mile I needed to try and better my mile time of 6:15 from Episode 1. I found my hamstrings tightening up so I began doing strengthening exercises for them. I also took a step back from the speed workouts and focused on upping my weekly mileage.
