If I see breaded garlic mushrooms on a menu at a restaurant I am very likely to order them and when Eilish suggested we make them I was certainly going to say yes. I didn’t realize it would be as straightforward and fun as it is with dipping the mushrooms into flour, egg and breadcrumbs. So glad I said yes to it.
