I love flapjacks and when we decided to say yes to making them I thought it was going to be a long and difficult process. With Darina Allen’s recipe and Eilish’s guidance it wasn’t as hard as I thought. I was glad when Eilish suggested we put chocolate chips in. It really added to the lovely syrupy flavour. Fantastic experience making them!
