Since doing the fruit kebabs where we put fruit and marshmallows onto a skewer I wanted to say yes to another creative and tasty snack that doesn’t need the oven. Eilish suggested doing marshmallow top hats which I had never done before. Apart from having to melt the chocolate on the stove it’s pretty straightforward with the marshmallows and sprinkles and putting them in the fridge. I’m so glad I said yes to it.
