I’ve been really enjoying baking over the last few weeks especially after the chocolate peanut butter squares and the shredded wheat nests. Those made you realize you don’t necessarily need a hot oven to bake. That makes it less stressful for parents and their kids. Another non oven dish is cheesecake which I love and I thought with the help of Eilish I would say yes to a Cookies and Cream Cheesecake.
