Eilish and I were on holidays for two nights at The Falls in Ennistymon. We told ourselves that we had to do one of the nights in Lahinch, which is only a few kilometres away overlooking the Atlantic as we usually stay in Ennistymon only.
When we got the taxi from the hotel to Lahinch I thought of a place I had seen during the summer which was so unique looking for the area. It looked as if you might see it on the strip of a beach in the states. So we walked along and found Randaddy’s. When we walked in it had different sections of cultural feel. One area looked as if it could be from Morocco, another from Eastern Asia, another from Canada, etc. When we looked at the menu and saw there was a wide variety of food from everywhere in the world we said we’d say yes…
