I can remember the day I watched YouTuber Andrew Hales do his hidden camera experiment where he hands people a little speaker and music starts playing while he dances. I thought it was hysterical. It was the fact that he had their full attention with them thinking they were helping him and then he just starts dancing. There is something about being face to face with a stranger. Neither one of you knows the other’s back story or anything of that nature and you’re about to share what could be an awkward moment.
I decided to try a similar experiment at the University College Cork. My plan was to be wearing a pair of headphones (with no music playing or even plugged in) while I go up to them asking for directions. When they give me directions I would start dancing. It could only go one way….awkward.
